Sermon Title: Always Trustworthy
God is ALWAYS trustworthy!Trust is assured reliance.
Proverbs 29:2525 Fear of man will prove to be a snare,
but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.
Numbers 23:1919 God is not human, that he should lie,
not a human being, that he should change his mind.
Does he speak and then not act?
Does he promise and not fulfill?
Deuteronomy 32:44 He is the Rock, his works are perfect,
and all his ways are just.
A faithful God who does no wrong,
upright and just is he.
Psalm 100:5
5 For the Lord is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Deuteronomy 7:99 Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.
Psalm 22:4-54 In you our ancestors put their trust;
they trusted and you delivered them.
5 To you they cried out and were saved;
in you they trusted and were not put to shame.
Psalm 21:77 For the king trusts in the Lord;
through the unfailing love of the Most High
he will not be shaken.
Proverbs 3:5-65 Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
We can’t live life without some measure of trust!Principles of Trust
- Trust always has an object toward which it is directed.
- Trust is always built upon truth.
- Trust is always expressed.
