Any child who has been surprised by what bursts out of a jack-in-the-box will tell you there is more inside than expected. God is the same way! We try to place Him in a box with a finite size and shape because it’s all we know—and maybe all we want to know. Yet God is far beyond our human understanding or control! How do we get past just knowing about God to really knowing God intimately?
This sermon series, starting on Ash Wednesday (February 17th), will take us through the season of Lent and is designed to help us learn about the heart of God by studying what He has said about Himself.
